Found that unanswered customer messages were costing businesses bookings and redesigned messaging into a booking channel. Now expanding into an AI that picks up calls and chats, books appointments, and handles the back-and-forth so businesses never miss a customer.
Messaging conversion engine increased appointment conversions by 54% for businesses, with 25% MoM user growth. Now extending that model into AI voice and chat to capture bookings across every inbound channel.
